27/4/2019. Can from Hopsters, Ipswich. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma dominated by the Sorachi hops, with some citrus fruit, cream, floral notes and yeast. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Good.

Appearance- cloudy amber, a 1-finger beige head. Aroma- boozy sticky fruit, orange, caramel malt, stewed fruit. Taste- fruity, bitter orange peel, booze, caramel, glazed fruit, marmalade, sweet at the finish. Fairly rich and malty.

Can. Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light and slightly soft malts, nice amount of sweetness. Hops bring nice light orangey citrus. Good Sorachi here, presenting with mildly bitter lemon and nice doses of pineapple and coconut. Getting traces of Herkules black pepper, but you have to be looking for it. Light finish. Nicely done. Crisp, light and drinkable.

Can from Trafalgar Wines Brighton and drunk at home. Hazy orange gold amber colour lasting white head. Grapefruit and toffee aroma and throughout. Aroma is pretty good. Pink grapefruit in the mouth. Finish is nice enough, some ok bitterness. It's got some creamy toffee in the mouth. Not exactly sweet but toffee flavour. Oh right I get it now, it's sorachi ace. Coconut and pineapple. Lots of both . Makes sense now. Big sorachi ace hit.
