Angelica is designed to be a one-of-a-kind hazy showcase for the magnificent Mosaic hop, bringing forth strong citrus flavors. What really stands out about this beer is the pillowy mouthfeel the wheat malt brings out. Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a hazy straw colour with a lasting thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruits, light buttery yeast, woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a grainy, sweet oaty malt, lemon lime citrus, light tart, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

12 oz. can. Pours a cloudy light yellow-gold color with a small white head and good retention. Decent lacing. Citrusy hops aroma. Grapefruit and hops flavor with a short sour-ish grainy finish. It's a stretch calling this a wheat ale. More like a light pale ale.

Can from BD. It pours crazy cloudy bright gold with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, tropical fruit punch, papaya, mango, green, dank, oily, dull wheat and green banana. The taste is dry, some decent bitterness, green, dank, pine needles, tropical fruit juice, zesty, zingy, papaya, mango, grapefruit, floury bread and slightly chalky edge with a dry, fruity finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Fresh and vibrant a nice NE take on the wheat.
