Bière de blé sure brassée avec des framboises
Le goût surette dominant de la Solstice d’été est obtenu naturellement en laissant surir le moût non bouilli durant quelques jours. Le tout est complété par l’ajout durant la fermentation d’une quantité phénoménale de fruits entiers. Il en résulte une bière très rafraîchissante dans laquelle l’acidité et le fruit utilisé dominent sans partage.

Clear red, small pinkish head. Aroma has juicy raspberries, some cherry and light lactic notes. Raspberry flavour, slightly tart, still juicy. Light lactic and malty notes in the background. Does not get artificial. Finishes sourish and dry with light berry bitterness.

Bottle. Nice head with good suration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, fruits, malt, lactose acid, citrus and has a light sour and rich raspberry finish.

Bottle. Frothy red good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy powerfull raspberry aroma. Light bitter very acetic nice raspberry flavor. Average astringent nice finish. Oily palate.

Bottle sample at Bishops Arms Östersund. Absolutely gorgeous raspberry smell. Syrupy appearance. Quite light in the body but lovely.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Cheers to Martin I believe. Pours cloudy purple with a pink froth head. Rich, with fresh raspberries in the nose, light tang, some sweat. Light sweet flavour with clean and fresh raspberry character, moderate tangy bite, bitter berry seeds. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish, some dry raspberry, light sweetness, very slight funk. Quite refreshing and dry overall.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A clear purple reddish beer. Aroma of fresh raspberries, tart red berries. Taste of tart fresh raspberries, easy to drink.

Aroma with loads of fresh sweet, earthy, slightly sour raspberries, subtle wheat.
Tastes similar, all about the distinct raspberries.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sweet-sour, a bit dry, a bit earthy, with lingering fresh raspberries.
Tasty. Very fresh, with lovely raspberries everywhere. A bit simple maybe, but really beautiful and balanced. Great fruited Berliner.

Draught @ BXLBeerFest 2018. Sourish, tart and heavy with raspberry juice notes, hints of wheaty yeastiness and lactic notes. Quite a lot of raspberries here.
