A refreshing pale ale brewed with the finest extra pale malt and a sprinkle of cara malt.

Hopped with the gorgeous mosaic, to give a delicate nose and light citrus fruit finishing notes.

Perfect all year round, not just Summer.

500ml bottle, part of a three pack of different beers from the brewery, thanks Dad for the present. Drank at home on 15th Feb 2020, best before date was Oct 2020. Light haze to the golden body, decent white head. Mild citrus leanings in both the nose and initial taste, some piney notes arrive later but there is a fruity/citrusy undertone throughout. Dry and fairly bitter, enough malts for balance and prevent the hops taking over completely.

Cask at GBBF 2016 10/08/2016. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose halo of white head . Aroma is sweet apple, tangy berries, sweaty grains, hedgerow berries. Flavour is composed of light earthy grains, apple, green apple a little rough round the edges, muddled. Ok. Palate is semi sweet grainy, lowish cask condition.
