Almost clear pour,mwith the smallest, slightest tinges of yellow, with a quickly dissipating head. Intense apple aroma, it has that strong apple aroma you get in an iced cider, but without the sweetness. Quite tart, with a sweetish finish, with a little funk too. Ssuper crisp apple skin flavors, and a spectacular tart finish. A great cider.

Pours a very, very light yellow colour with a fizzy white head that goes fast leaving nothing. The fruit are so mild in the aromas that all I could smell was something like Sparkling yeast. If I had done a blind test, probably would of thought it was white wine. You can taste the real apples in the taste though. Some sourness in the finish helps this one. Other than that, pretty mild for 6.5% ABV.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color cider with light carbonation. Aroma of light apple juice notes with limited complexity. Taste is also dominated by light sweet apple juice with a light dry finish. Easily drinkable and at least taste like natural apple juice but falls a bit short on complexity.
