Our Pilsner is hopped with Cascade, Crystal, Dana and Perle hops, the combination of which give off a lemon zest and cut grass aroma. Well balanced body and bitterness. This hop-forward Pilsner is a modern take on a European classic. Vegan Friendly.

Pint draft at The Nag's Head pub, London, England. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and very good retention. Light pilsner aroma. This tastes more like a sweet lager versus a pilsner. There is a very light pilsner edge to the finish. Otherwise, it's just a nice, sweet lager. Smooth, clean, and slightly sweet. Very easy drinking and very repeatable.Medium body and medium carbonation. Low bitterness.

Half-pint, shared with Finn. A white head over a clear, warm golden body, fair lacing. Moderate aromas of noble hops and pale malts. Rather fine blended taste of malts and hops, pale malts and grassy-noble hops. Mid-dry finish with a discreet bitter bite. Satisfying, (London, 11.02.2025).

Keg at Old Bank of England, Fleet Street. Pours clear gold with white foam. Aroma: citrus, hints, light hoppy. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, towards dry on the palate. Light to medium body with average carbonation.

Keg at the Britannia, Marlow. Yellow-gold with a swiftly vanishing white head. Fizz is far too strong and prickly. Butter at first, then quite a lot of cardboard before a little lemon in the short finish. Not great - the Riverside brand is clearly McMullen's attempt to get into the craft market but this tastes like macro fizz.

Keg at the Nags Head, Covent Garden, 16/07/18. Gold blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is pale malts, sweet notes, grass, bready. Taste is much the same ... bready and pale malts, a touch sweet, grass, faint citric wash. Average pils ... a touch overly sweet and failing to deliver much in the way of refreshment.
