Our first collaboration with Monkish Brewing Company. This sour ale is brewed with Blood Orange Fruit, Zest, and Juice, Black Lava Salt and a Rainbow Peppercorn Blend.
All heed the wrath of the discombobulated gourd.
Henry and Ron met in the brewersverse equivalent of snapchat. And someone swiped left when they should have swiped right. Bonding over a mutual respect for bottle conditioning and old school hip hop, they now live quiet lives, occasionally traveling for tacos in a custom Winnebago, canning crowlers of IPA, and brewing with folks they meet along the way.
And having adventures and shit.
Just like in Kung Fu.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy gold orange. Grain, orange, cinnamon, light ginger, light funk, soft juicy orange. Smooth soft body. Excellent.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, white wine, sweet oak, grapes, blood orange, gooseberries. Taste is spicy, light tartness, white grapes, sweet oak citrus, gooseberries, light lemon zest. Delicious.

Draft at Batch Craft Beer and Kolaches, Austin, TX. Pours hazy yellow with no head. Aroma of tart fruit and blood orange. Taste is tart fruit, blood orange, funk, spice, oak. Tart finish. Good.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2017-10 getrunken. Dies ist ein Sour Ale nicht mehr nicht weniger. Ob Blutorangen oder Gewürze nichts vom den macht hier ein besonderen Unterschied. Es bleibt trinkbar - mehr definitiv nicht.

KRS 311216. Yellow-orange color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, lemon, fruit. Flavor is sourness, tropical fruit, pine. lemon, fruit, blood oranges, spices. World class beer. Very easy drinkable.

Bottle 650ml @ yngwie - 2016/17 new year tasting
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, tart, barnyard and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light to medium bitter with a long dry, funky, tart and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of oak with some tart blood orange and a bit of spice underlying. Flavor has a strong tart blood orange with light spice and a nice oaky backbone.
