Cask at The Bow Bar. pours clear pale yellow, thin white head. Flowery hop aromas, light lemon. Taste is more of the same. Decent session pint.

Cask Pub & Kitchen. Cask. Almost clear paleish gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Pretty dry. Elderflower sweetness and tang. Whisper of citrus which complements the elderflower well. Overall this beer is thinner and drier than I would prefer, but a nice flavour.

Cask at CASK. It pours pale golden yellow with a tiny white head. The nose is floral, straw, hay, lemon zest, white grape and light barnyard. The taste is unsurprisingly like elderflower, straw, floral, decent bitterness, stone fruit, pepper and light citrus with a dry finish. Light-medium body and low carbonation. Ok, but nothing special.

Cask at CPK - Pimlico, London. Pours perfectly. Lear, pale yellow with a slight, foamy white head. Some floral notes in the nose, a bit of green bell pepper. Light sweet flavor with dominant green bell pepper, less any spicy kick. Some lightly doughy malts, a bit of straw and dry lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly dry to finish, further bell pepper, dry dough, straw. Interesting elderflower character.
