Bottle purchased at Les Vignerons in Rome-Italy. Clear gold/orange pour, little white foam. Nose: orange, sweet lemonade, some pine needles. Mouth: super clean, a bit dry, resinous. Bravo!

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds lightly aged lemon, grains. Light-medium sweet flavour with sugary pale bread, more grains, zesty lemon. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Citrusy hops in the finish with continuing grainy bread. So so.

Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. No Lotto number given for this beer, but the hops were described as Chinook & Centennial in the programme. An almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Mild carbonation. Slightly grainy pale malts, a little milky sweetness. Modest orange and orange pith. Touch of peel bitterness. Tangerine and floralness on the finish. Light bitter linger. Decent.
