Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Bingley Jamestown ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grapefruit, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has good fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light malts, smooth but not that sweet. Bubblegum esters. Fair bit of floral bitterness. Ripe citrus and a touch of hop spice. Dry finish. Not bad.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Clear golden blonde with a well appointed off white covering. Nose is nectarine, peach, floral notes, mandarin, sweet citric peel. Taste comprises citric sherbets, straw, tangerine, light chalky minerals, bread dough. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop dusting. Decent enough fayre.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is tangy tangerine, orange rind, semi sweet Base malts. Flavour is composed of woody tangerine, orange peel, little pine resin, Palate is semi sweet grainy, little sticky hop resin. Not bad.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours clear, bright gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has dried citrus peel and pale grains. Light sweet flavour with gassy bitterness, dry pale malts, pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with assertive grassy bitterness, some husky pale grains, citrus rind. Not bad.

Skipton Beer Festival 2016. Pale golden coloured ale. Its strength is hidden by a good tropical fruitiness.
