Imperial IPA prodotta con tecniche tipiche del New England, ma prodotta con solo malto d’orzo ed una piccola dose di zucchero. Colore dorato carico, gradazione importante, corpo leggermente accennato ed una luppolatura esplosiva frutto delle dosi massicce utilizzate in tutte le fasi di produzione. Il lievito utilizzato la rende particolarmente morbida, esaltandone al massimo le componenti fruttate. Luppoli Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic. Malti e ingredienti speciali Pils, Cara, zucchero. Lievito: Di origine anglosassone

Lattina. Il naso riconosce segni di luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fin. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, rabarbaro, vaniglia, mango, frutta tropicale, pesca sciroppata e ananas.

On tap at astral. Pours a clear golden with a small head. Aroma is malty, fruity, grapefruit, orange, pine. Medium to full body. Flavour is malty, loads of grapefruit, some light caramel notes, orange, passion fruit, mango, pine. Lovely. Very drinkable double IPA.

On tap @Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome. Pretty clear golden pour with an extra adhesive white and frothy cap. Nose: ripped mango, white melon, malty pinch. Mouth: the first sip is filled of pellet, sweet exotic fruity body with a piney overall. Very interesting.
