This beer have golden color and a delicius balanced between malts and hops in aroma. Goldings and Endeavour hops are used also in dry hopping. Our English Pale Ale is easy to drink, with a short aftertaste of malty and low bitterness.

500ml bottle from the brewery, drunk in Sinalunga. Pours a hazed gold, medium sized white head. Crisp bitter introduction, not too much crystal malt, more of the Maris otter, dry bitter hop close. Nice but too hazy, perhaps a little yeast.. doesn't quite compare to its English equivalents.

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Miro B and Max. Clear orange with medium white head. Nice hoppy profile, bit herbal, light biscuits, smooth and easy drinkable. Beer I'd like to drink every day and best in style I've tried.

On tap at astral beers. A very pleasant pale ale, good esb-like presentation of the style. Malty, lovely bitterness and hops, herbal. Lovely and easy drinking.

Cask @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note citriche, floreali (camomilla), di erba tagliata, biscotto. In bocca è equilibrata, maltata all'attacco con chiusura amara leggera. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.
