A modern double IPA fully fermented with brettanomyces. The DDH (Double-Dry-Hop) of Vic Secret and Nelson Sauvin hops are transformed into a tropical fruit salad of armoas by the brettanomyces with a lingering hit of citrus and lychee.

Can, 2021 edition. Pours a lovely clear gold, small head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, lime, grape. Medium body. Flavour is very zesty, malty, quite bitter and light acidity. Weird combo here, and with light lager-y notes - odd. Really bitter, lots of lemon, grapefruit and lime, light muscatel. Weird but interesting, only a light Brett note.

Can picked up from Saveur-Biere webshop nr Lille France and consumed at home Sunday 16th May 2021 we are cooking Asparagus Cannelloni for tea tonight. Listening to The Weather Station - Ignorance. Pours light/mid gold with a white head. Bretty on the nose, and yet there is a little honey edge. Soft mouthfeel, a little funkadelic thing going on, it's a surprise though as all the components don't really add up to the finished product, not that is an issue, it's just that it seems to fall between the cracks, dry, really dry, am I a fan.....,? Not 100% sure.
