Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Grapefruit aroma. Earth and grapefruit flavor with light floral notes. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light floral notes linger with light earth.

Wine glass @Fox Farm. Clear, pale gold. Weak, slightly old, malty pale ale nose. Mellow, if slightly underwhelming. Hops aren't bright, malt comes off a little syrupy & sweet. More like an over the hill pale with a underwhelmed hop bouquet. Carbonation is even a bit soft. Week one of the night.

Tap at the soft open. Congrats Felipe and Wendy! I know how much of your heart and souls you have put into this place. Pours a clear golden with a medium white fluffy head and good lacing. Nice hoppy Aroma, Citra forward, dank and tropical with a hint of grapefruit. Flavor has a touch of malty sweetness, light plus bitterness, hoppy finish. Medium body. Very well crafted west coaster.
