Bottle. Unclear reddish-orange color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is wheat, berry skin, beetroots. Taste is berries, wheat, fresh yeast, metallic dry finish. Metallic mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Fun, and luckily it doesn't taste too much like beetroot.

0,15l from tap at BXLBeerfest. copper hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, musty, barnyard, spices, peppery. ok smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, spices, peppery, bit grassy, musty, light malty notes. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, grassy and some musty notes. decent but not super special 6, 4, 6, 3, 13

Orange-brown, hazy body, with a big, frothy, beige head.
Aroma of bread, dough, straw, moderate spices, dried fruits.
Tastes similar, with slight toasty notes.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium spicy, a bit dry, yeasty, bready, floral, a bit fruity.
Nice one. Very easy to drink, while still not too light, with diverse fruit and yeast notes. Very good, quaffable stuff for the low ABV.

Sampled at BXL festival. Hazy amber with light beige head. Tart grains, light bready, rye, soft dried apricot, soft CO2, tea. Over light sweet, very light sour and bitter. Over light bodied with quite some carbonation.

7 3 7 3 14Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Fairly hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma is funky, yeast, malt and light fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

14-07-18 // bottle shared at Mon Petit Cafe Stuttgart. Schneeeule Showcase Abend mit Brauerin. Very interesting approach. Unclear brownish orange. Mild hops in the nose. Taste has some malt sweetness with a wild yeasty aroma.
