Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Wishbone Bandit APA ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask gravity at the 2016 Watford beer festival 4/11/2016. A light hazed golden light orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is nic juicy peach melba and otang with mango and semi sweet wet fought grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, wheat, orange and peach, apricot. Palate is semi sweet grainy, . Assertive slightly rough bitterness. Decent cask condition. Not bad.

9th August 2016
GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thin malts. Bitter floral mid. Bitterish pith. A little brighter citrus develops. Light finish. Whisper of hop skunk in the aftertaste. Should be doing more with this hop content.

Cask at GBBF ’16, day one, 09/08/16. Clear golden blonde with a decent off White head. Nose is citric sherbets, tangerine, straw, bread dough. Taste comprises melon, toasted grains, citric kissed straw, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average for style, lacks hop definition.

Cask at GBBF 2016, Olympia, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, citrus. It is OK for the strength.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy head. Crisp and easy-drinking with an understated but smooth tasting fruitiness.

Cask at the Craven Arms; clear golden yellow pour with a bubbly off white head, aroma has citrus and some grain, taste has hint of grapefruit, citrus, some biscuity malts, pretty good.

Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear yellow with a frothy white head. The nose holds crispy pale malts, hay, lemon rind. Light sweet flavor with pleasant grassy bitterness, biscuity pale malts, bitter straw, rindy citrus, pithy lemon. Light bodied with average carbonation; good condition. Clean finish, with quenching grassy bitterness, just enough dry bready sweetness. A really solid golden ale.
