Bottle from lowcostbeer.com, BBE Nov-21, consumed Aug-21. Pours a purple-pink with small pink tinged head, nice retention. Aroma has big mixed fruit aroma, blackcurrant and raspberries coming through most prominent. Taste is fruity and tart berries, some grain noted malts, fruity finish. Light sourness Light to medium bodied, slick, soft carbonation. A somewhat uncomplicated fruit beer that's barely a sour. Its refreshing and tasty though.

Pink Red with a large foamy pink head that faded quickly but left good lacing. Tart and dry with a Hawaiian Punch element. Medium finish and body.

Bottle. A- Fruit punch, light. A- Vibrant red color, clear liquid, light pink head. T- Fruit punch, raspberry, soda water. P- Light body, watery texture, high carbonation, weak finish. O- This was old so not fault from that but still not great. Almost cider like. Meh.

Pours an opaque pink with a fluffy, dense, pink head. Aroma of refreshing tropical fruits, cherry, raspberry. Taste has very light lactic note, more fruit, flat malt base. Palate has much of the same, sweet. Eh.

Dark gold pour. Sour flavor of fruit, lemon and lime with a hint or orange. No carbonation. Light malt finish.

Lime and cracker nose. Clear amber, thin head. Tart lime and orange. Biscuit finish. Light body, easy carbonation.

From a bottle it does look like fruit punch, at least it got that going for yah. Yes, it does taste like fruit punch, like fruit punch mixed with beer, what else can be expected? FD is known for extreme beers and this is a little off kilter for them. Nothing special, just a little fruit punch mixed with plain old non insulting beer. To call this a sour is a mistake, think more like dull fruit beer. There you have it. Yes, this is simply a fruited beer, nothing really tart, it don'e even approach the characteristics of a decent Berliner Weiss. But, I tell you what, it looks pretty good. At least this brew is not insulting. Come on ratebeer, change the style listing of this brew: fruit beer.
