This beer is from the evil brewer who likes to walk on the dark side and embrace wild yeast and bacteria. Ketser is a deep red ale fermented with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus. Tap at Zil verne. Quite classic flanders red, showing complexity of red fruits, caramel, dried fruit. Moderate lactic sourness combines well with the underlying maltiness and light oxidation products. Enjoyable, tasty, easy drinking. Very good.

A reddish brown beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has cherries and raspberries with their stones, sourness. Taste has quite strong sourness, cherries, some balsamico. Medium bodied, typically stickyness. Good beer, even not so complex as the style’s best.

Small fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, grass, minerals, paper, bark, sorrel, yeast, banana, ashes, roasted grain, unripe berries, paper. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grainy, sorrel, minerals, roasted grain, sour grass, hay, berry skin, ashes, wood, paper, soil, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!
