This beer is from the evil brewer who likes to walk on the dark side and embrace wild yeast and bacteria. Ketser is a deep red ale fermented with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus. Flaska från Alko, Åbo. Kastanjebrun med smutsvit krona. Karaktäristisk doft av kola, mörkt socker, vinäger, mörka röda bär. I smaken blir det dock lite tunt och förvånansvärt låg sötma för stilen. Blir tyvärr lite blekt!

(Keg at BrewDog Helsinki, 20171103) The beer poured red with brown shading and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had berries, sourness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were berries, sourness, tartness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had berries, tartness and bitterness. A nice oud bruin.

Pours clear brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, tartness, funk and some fruitiness. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, fruity and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle picked up from Kaapse Bottle Shop, Rotterdam, Netherlands, consumed at Mini Camping Groene Donk, Den Dungen, nr Den Bosch, Netherlands, Wednesday 27th September 2017 Reddy amber appearance what head there was has now gone, fruity with cherry and woody flavours come through, it's a very, very good interpretation of a Flemish sour. Enjoyed this. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ BAF 2017. Reddish amber, tanned head. Nose is herbal cherry, cherry & cherry pits syrup. Taste is nice cherry pits, sweet cherry, caramel, low sour malt. Medium bodied. Nice cherry profile, I dig it.

Tap at BAF 2017. Bit hazy dark orange with small off white head. Sour red berries, ligt old fruits, caramel, soft vinegar. Over medium sour and light bitter. Just medium bodied. It's not bad but not a great take on the style.

7 3 6 3 13 Draft at Borefts After Festival, Kaapse '17. Hazy orange brown with a white head. Aroma of tart red fruits, citrus and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
