16 oz draft as well as 12 oz cans at Walt Disney World’s Dolphin Hotel. The pour is clear golden yellow with a smallish white head. The aroma is grass and floral hops, as well as softly sweet maltiness. The taste is an initial hop bitterness, the grass and floral, and balanced throughout with a clean cereal malt mild sweetness. The palate is medium to light bodied, soft natural carbonation and bitterness carries through a dry finish. Easy drinking Pale Ale.

Basic APA, not bad, not distinctive, with bready malts backed by caramel and an appreciable piney hop bitterness on the finish. Straightforward attempt at copying Sierra Nevada, not altogether unsuccessful.

On tap at Todd English's bluezoo Lounge at the Dolphin Hotel in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Yellow gold color with a large dense beige head. Nice lacing. Aggressive floral hop nose. Pleasant toasted malt and bright citrus hops. Medium bodied with good malt/hop balance. Dry finish. decent.
