Keg @ Slaterโ€™s pseudo-craft beer bar, Wolverhampton. Pours hazy pale gold, aroma is fairly light, bready. Taste is a sessionable, easy-going golden ale. No complaints.

Cask at the Nags Head, Reading. Pale amber with a thin white head; weak floral aroma; thin in the mouth with a sweet floral taste; followed by a gentle earthy bitterness; and a slightly musty finish. Very unexciting.
