Can from Bottle Baron. Black body with a thin tan head. Good lacing. Aroma of dark chocolate, liquorice and Marmite. Flavour of creamy chocolate and hazelnut. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Simple and delicious.

Can from Boxbeers. Black with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and roasted moderate bitter finish. 230317

Black, light tan head. Aroma has roasted malt, coffee and notes of chocolate. Flavour is sweet, roasted with coffee and choc. Light vanilla notes. Mouthfeel is smooth, a little short, a little light. Still quite nice.

A black beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has roastiness of coffee, some chocolate and sweetness of lactose. Taste has roastiness, coffee and milk chocolate. Medium bodied. Simple, but balanced and good beer.

Cannette 33cl. Brune foncée, crémeux café au lait. Arôme au nez fin café, grillé avec un rétro rappelant pas mal de cold brew coffee avec un accompagnement fin de grains et d’avoine. Palais est malté, grillé, pas mal de café avec un fini grillé concassé qui persiste. Rondeur de l’’avoine est bien là et ajoute une bonne complexité. L’autre détail est ce côté plutôt anglais de type Marris. Amertume reste sur la fin avec un effet plus noble anglais.

Can 330ml. @ home. [ As Beerbliotek Book of Records #173 ].Clear dark dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, oat, caramel, coffee, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, nutty, roasted, caramel, coffee, sod, oat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170220] 7-4-8-3-15

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Black pour with tan head. Rich dark malty with chocolate and caramel, slight burnt charred malty, sweet malty finish.

Can, 5.6%. Almost black with small brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, coffee and a little dusty. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, sweet, cocoa, hop and a little bitter.
