Can at a guided tasting at IMBC 22 poured by the brewer, cheers. Clearish golden color, small white head. Aroma has juniper and light spice. Taste is earthy, herbal, more spice, good body. Flavorful yet easy drinking.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear burnished gold with a big, frothy off-white head. Nicely rounded saison, some moderate yeast expression, toasted grains, a little honey, bread, tangerine. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, with notes of toasted wheat, more saison yeast, citrus fruits. Solid.

Keg at Overdraft, Winchester. A floral honey haze of an aroma. Light amber. A few strands of white head. A hint of haze. Sweet and sour. A bitter edge. Fruity. Spicy. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long finish. Juicy and refreshing but also warming. Fits the season well.
