Cask (handpump) @ Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, 168 High Holborn, Holborn, Greater London, England WC1V 7AA. [ As Tyne Bank Summer Hop ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, butterscotch, pale malt - toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150810] 5-3-5-3-11

Cask @ Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, Holborn WC1. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 9th August 2015. Hazy amber with thinning off-white foam and scant lacing. Fine citrus aroma. Fine grapefruit and lemon peel in-mouth with soapy note. Fruity then grassy end. Fine carbonation and medium body.

Cask at Islington CBC. Deep gold, hazy, with lace. Nice Aussie hop nose, grass, citrus, peach, light malt. Creamy, fruity flavor, biscuity malt.

Cask at CBC CG - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. The nose has baked corn and mellow citrus notes. Light sweet flavor with some bitter hay, more corn, pale bread, tangerine rind. Light in body with fine carbonation. Lightly sweet on the finish, with some cereal, corn, straw, biscuits, lemon rind. Pretty ho hum stuff.

Summer hop Tyne was off butterscotch diacetyl on a light gold body. One of the weakest beers I’ve had in London though the diacetyl wasn’t that full on it ruined it for me, where were the Aussie hops?

From cask. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Toasted, light herbal to butterish. Smooth fruity, toasted malty. Butterish. Dry and herbal finish.
