Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Mild floralness. A good tinned peach vibe here. Mild nectarines. Lesser pineapple and tropical fruits. Light finish. Tasty - nice peachy fruits!

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose gives off a healthy impression of vibrant hops - peach, melon, orange. Moderately sweet, with more peach, nectarine, mandarin orange, pale malts. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good balance in the finish, lots more citrusy hops. Very good stuff.
