Bradford Beer Festival 2015. Copper with a glow and a small head. It’s spiced with hoppy ginger notes. It’s light textured and easy drinking.

Cask at the FILO. Amber gold with a thin white head; aroma of fresh root ginger; thin but pleasant with light fresh root ginger flavour and a touch of lemon grass; the finish is refreshing, lemony, citrus. A good summer refresher.

Cask at First In Last Out in Hastings. A light brown beer, a bit thin in body but a nice ginger flavour with some hoppiness. I’m a bit of a sucker for ginger beers
