Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly grape forward with a lot of must notes. Lighter juicy green grape notes. Some light peppery phenolics and a slight poopy aroma. Light grain and alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a medium large, thick, frothy, white head that recedes fairly quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges. No lacing and medium small legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate grape notes with lighter must notes than in the aroma. Hints of phenolics and some light SARA funk. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid grape saison. The aroma is a bit too musty leading to a slight off note. The flavor is really nice and balanced though.
