I had a different thought for checkin 10k, but this seems like a good choice. Funky soft, light earthy fruit notes, some tart cherry. Refreshing with that classic SARA funk, nice barrel age. Drinking beautifully right mow

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is stone fruit, peaches, hints of cherry, oak, bugs. Flavor is light tart, light plus funky, prominent stone fruit and muted cherry. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Quite nice.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is mineral, citrus, oak, funk. Slick body, funky, oak, mineral, lemon, dry finish, very good.

Golden, clear body, with a big, fluffy, white head. Amazingly smooth aroma of dough, straw, citrus, barrel, honey, some wine, subtle funk. Tastes also beautiful, with some additional bubblegum sweetness. Medium, slick mouthfeel. Finishes very smooth, moderate sweet, slightly funky, wooden, a bit vinous, with some citrus. Wow this is amazing, I couldn't believe this has 9% ABV! Exceptionally balanced and smooth to drink, with a lot of complexity underneath that leads to so much elegance. Simply outstanding! Score: 9 / 4 / 9 / 5 / 17

From 0,75l bottle at home. yellow clear color, small white head. smells earthy, spices, herbal. full body, soft carbonation. tastes saisonish, earthy, grassy, herbal, peppery, bit vinous. finishes bit sweet and lightly sour with notes of earth, pepper and vinous notes. Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has medium light cherry notes with lighter green grapes, lemon and stone fruit notes. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol and oak. Pours a slightly hazy, golden color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light acidity and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Medium light cherry notes with lighter notes of green grapes, under ripse stone fruit and lemon. Hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid beer. Really nice cherry notes that work so well with the base SARA beer.

Wish for more frederiksdal but still fantastic. Jester king modern dansk was a better portrayal but this is still a fantastic rye saison with some hints.
