A multi award winning golden beer with a powerful distinctive hop character. This has hops by the bucket load and isn’t for the faint hearted. Expect pink grapefruit, biting citrus and soft floral notes with a long bitter finish. One for the hop heads!

Cask-conditioned at Brigantes, York 8 March 2018. Golden in colour, with a tight, white, head. Light citrus notes, some sweetish rich tea malts, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask at the Waterloo Tap, 17/03/17. Clear golden with a decent white head. Nose is pale malts, melon, light citric peel, bread. Taste comprises biscuit, bread dough, orange peel, citric tinged straw, melon. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a light hoppy linger. Nothing wring with this brew but a touch pedestrian for the style and never gets out of 2nd gear for me.

Cask at the Waterloo Tap, as Exit 33 Hop Monster. An amber pour with a loose white head; citrus aroma; biscuity malt body with a reasonable level of bitterness, citrus to start with, and then resinous and drier to finish. Rather unbalanced, and not really a hop monster.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge - as Exit 33 label. Clear golden with a small bubbly head. Hopped with a hint of floralness in its nose, but mainly a thinnish tropical fruitiness that does please.
