Tower 42 Tasting. Almost clear dark brown beer, small cream colour head. Palate is soft and airy, decent fine carbonation. Good piney hops over the smooth dark malts. A little hop skunk and underneath, a bright citrus. A slightly cooling piney finish. Nice.

Bottle split at CCii, thanks to Richie, 05/03/16. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent tan covering. Nose is pine needle, bitter hop exhaust, grapefruit, light charr. Taste comprises pine needle, treacle toffee, earthy hop, toasted brown bread, light spice, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid CDA.

Bottle shared at tasting. Hazy brown to dark brown colour. Aroma exotic fruits, grassy, light roasted. Taste has some light chocolate and roast. Mostly bitter, grassy and lightly exotic hops flavours. Easy drinking and tasty but falls short of excellence.

Bottle @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Pours brown with a medium cappuccino head. Aroma is hoppy with roasted notes, tropical fruits, pine, coffee. Flavour is perfectly balanced, malty base, medium sweet, with a good bitter end. Medium body, medium carbonation. Ok.
