Keg at Andrew Ushers, Edinburgh, Saturday 19th March 2016 in the company of Dad and Barry. Hazy gold with a small white head. Plenty of banana on the nose, but a little spice as well. Taste is more of the same, with a little toffee banana swirl. Good. A7 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.3

On cask at Usher. Appearance - golden with a light haze and decent head. Nose - citrus and green plants. Taste - loads of oranges, tonnes of malt at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - enjoyed this.

Keg at Ushers. It pours cloudy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, doughy, farmyard, creamy, wheat, straw and some orange zest. The taste is crisp, bitter, creamy, wheat, cracker, straw, pepper, lots of pithy citrus and orange rind with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable. A solid hefe for sure.
