Single hopped Pale ale that explores the magnificent Mosaic. It's name is earned from its multi faceted nature, with a plethora of flavours coming together to form one glorious picture. There's everything in here from sharp citrus and tropical fruits to resinous pine. Mosaic remain the most complex and rewarding hop that we've brewed with. Yet.

ABV may vary.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dotata leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Al naso sentori di uva fragola, pesca, mango e passionfruit. In bocca รจ perfettamente equilibrata, base di malto media con finale amaro non eccessivo, molto lunga. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Che sorpresa!

Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is semi dry and slightly soft. Modest very fine carbonation. Very light smooth malts, equally light creamy sweetness. Modest hop skunk, mild passion fruit. Touch of marmalade. Light finish. Pretty tasty and easy going.
