Hazy peachy pink beer, a few pale pink bubbles for a head. Palate is light and fairly dry, reasonable carbonation. Light cherry over mild generic fruits. A very mild tartness and a light savour finish. Simple stuff but pitched well and it’s pretty drinkable.

Keg at the White Hart, 14/06/17. Light pink with a minimal headwork that soon escapes to nothing. Nose is tangy cherry skins, light spice, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises soured cherries, grains, damp hay, lemon nip. mild salt lickings. Medium bodied, fine to spritzy carbonation, drying close with a tarte rinse. Ok refresher.

Cask gravity at the 2016 pigs ear beer fest. A clouded pink purple coloured pour with a reluctant pink head. Aroma is tart berry, cherry fruit, salty, little sweaty wheat. Flavour is composed of tart fruit, salt water, Alka-Seltzer, red berries. Palate is tart and salty, moderate carbonation. Probably better on keg

Keg at London Brewers’ Market. Pours hazy ruby with no head. Muted aroma, some vague ripening berries. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of tart, leathery berries, a little wood, moderate acidity. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Lightly tart in the finish, with more tangy berries, raspberry seeds. Enjoyable.

Keg at White Hart. It pours cloudy bright pink with a decent pink - white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy, juicy cherry, lactic, cheesecake and coriander. The taste is crisp, tart, lactic, salty, tangy, sour cherry, lemony mouth - pucker, slightly herbal, raspberry cheesecake and green apple skin with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Nice fruity gose brosuh.
