From a plastic barrel at Planet Thanet Beer Festival 2011. It pours slightly hazy straw yellow, with no head or carbonation. The nose is lemon, lime, sour apple, farmyard and chamomile. The taste is lemon, lime, grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, melon and farmyard, with a sharp sour-dry finish. A quality cider.

Cask at Merton Summer Beer and Cider Festival, 18-07-09 Pours gold with haziness. Tastes a little on the rough side as the name might suggest. Apple is there, its tangy, edging toward the drier side of medium dry, not the best from Ross on Wye that I’ve had but its ok. A6 A3 F8 P4 Ov14 3.0
