Following on from Montana we have Logical Progression. This time the trifecta of Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic make the label. We're constantly making small tweaks to these 5% Pales Ales to maintain drinkability and add in more flavour. Adjustments are being made to our hopping rates on the hot side and cold side to strike the right balance. On this occasion, we wanted to use a reliable trio to see how these changes affect the beer. The result is a super juicy Pale Ale, bursting with tropical flavours, dank aromas and just a hint of bitterness to aid it's drinkability.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is pithy citrus, waxy, green mango, papaya, wheat. Flavour is composed of loose wheat, floury, tangy citrus lime zest, pinch of salt light tropical fruit, melon kiwi, fizzy chews.. Palate is soft and fluffy. Prickly carbonation. Ok,

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a nice light sweetness. Soft pine. Bright but slightly recessed hop fruits, orange, mandarin and others too low in the mix to identify. Light finish. Bright and breezy.

Can at home, from Cloudwater online, 27/12/24. Hazed golden topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, papaya, pineapple. Taste comprises orange peel, grass, citric tinged straw, melon, mandarin, soft malts, light breads, light stone fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow light juice laden hop bitterness. Tidy enough pale.
