Keg at Kernel. Clear light gols. Thin foamy white head. Aroma is spur. Citrussy and vinous. A tart bite. Smoth malts and yeast edge. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish with a slightly astringent bite. Crisp dry and refreshing and tart.

Draught keg at the Koelschip Yard, Glasgow. Light yellow gold and clear with a small foamy white head and a fair bit of lacing. Grainy Jones, some lemon and a touch of brett. Very balanced taste with the sugary sweetness being kept in check. Wonderful attenuation. Dry finish with gentle notes of lime in the aftertaste. Light to medium body, fairly heavily carbonated. Damn.

Bottle. HOTM. Light haze on a straw gold. Beautiful whipped egg white foam. Nose has lots of sweaty brett. Some lemon peel. Bit of peach stone. Taste is dry tangy and bitter. Lovely crisp palate with soft fine rolling carbonation. Big bretty bitter finish. There isn’t a load going off other than a massive amount of brett, but it’s delightful in its simplicity.
