On tap at Stem Rino. Clear, pale gold, somewhat inviting. Winey, white grape nose, sour pineapple slightly sulfite-y. Acidic, middling tart, sharp apples with a fruity peel astringency, slight chem. Okay.

Can. A- Apple. A- Golden color, clear liquid, white head. T- Apple. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, very dry finish. O- A very light apple nose and flavor but when they say real dry they mean it. Perhaps one of the most dry finishes I've had in a beverage. Almost needed something to drink after trying this.

Keg at Lost Valley. Clear gold large creamy white head good retention. Aroma of pear and apple, some vanilla. Taste is dry apple, dry pear. Medium bodied, mild spice, dry, but not REAL dry. I still detect a hint of sweetness.

Can - clear, very pale golden, with a lively effervescence to the body - very dry, refreshing, crisp, very much like a dry, sparkling white wine - the nose has lovely, clean, while apple character, and a background touch of phenolics - dry, tart, almost savory, with a bright and refreshing acidity - tart, earthy apple finish - the best of their canned ciders, by far, and great for the warm weather - I ran back to the store to buy more!

Tap at Stem - a clean, crisp, moderately acidic, strongly dry cider - bright, earthy apple flavors, a hint of phenolics, and a finish of tart apple flesh and white grape skins - a light mineralic tang makes the dry finish pop even more - reminiscent of some dry, subtle basque ciders - nice.

Malice 6.8% Musty woodsy Apple aroma. This is very dry tart and white wine like with q cork & Apple flavor. Not my thing though once it warmed up more Apple character came though and boosted the overall score.
