L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, caffè, liquirizia, amaretto, nocciola, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, erbe aromatiche, frutta passita, cuoio, rabarbaro, vino Porto, zolfo, zenzero, uva passa e vaniglia.

Wytrawne, gorzkie, mocno palone, kawowe, o stopniu zaparzania kax w kazdym ekspresie.

Black with nearly no head. Big sweet chocolate, light roasted, fresh fudge, molasses, grain. Full, oily body. Solid if a little simple.

Bottle. Jet black, medium brown head. Aroma is sweet, loaded with burnt espresso, soy sauce, intense roast, and bitter cocoa nibs. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy, with a soft carb. Finish is sticky, medium bitter, loads of coffee, and sticky, sweet charred malts. This is a huge old school impy stout. Good stuff!

Bottle from De Drankenmarkt. Aroma is roasty and sweet with lots of chocolate, fudge, caramel, and chocolate cake. Flavour is sweet with a roasty bitterness. Full body, thick texture. Very tasty and rich Imperial Stout, on the sweet side.

X Anniversary edition, bottled at Salchipapas (Seny), Madrid. A clean, glossy, jet black pour with a dark brown ring around and virtually no head whatsoever. Very intense onset, even chilled. This is a feast of black berries, cocoa, coffee, leather, charcoal, licorice, squid ink and what not. Boy, oh boy! Silky, velvety, smooth... you name it. Slightly sweet, then balanced, with a nuanced but clearly bitter outro that lasts looooong...Man, is this a good winter warmer!!
