Keg at Canopy Brewery, Herne Hill Saturday 3rd December 2016 whilst on a Brixton and Brockwell Park walk from the London Hidden Walks Book vol 2 This is Loz’s favourite beers of the Canopy choice. It pours pitch black, it’s oily there is a big liquorice hit, not getting any brineyness. It’s a pleasant Impy Stout. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7

Keg at London Brewers’ Market December 2016. Pours deep black-town with a foamy, beige head. The nose has moderate roast, cocoa, some dark fruits. Medium sweet flavour with light alcohol, raisins, chewy chocolate, ripe cherries. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Pretty good balance in the finish, more chocolate, ripe berries, bittersweet cocoa, a little burnt sugar, mellow warmth. Solid overall.
