Bière dégustée à la maison, trouvée chez Monoprix à bon prix. Robe jaune pâle légèrement trouble, surmontée d’une mousse blanche, dense et crémeuse, façon ivoire, qui tient bien. Nez expressif sur les fruits de la passion, les fruits à noyau, avec une touche citronnée zestée, complétée par de légères notes de pamplemousse et une pointe végétale rappelant le céleri.
En bouche, attaque vive et houblonnée, on retrouve les mêmes arômes fruités qu’au nez, avec une belle fraîcheur d’ensemble. C’est léger, désaltérant, très session dans l’esprit, avec une amertume bien dosée. Finale nette, rafraîchissante, qui appelle la suivante — même si dans mon cas, elle aurait clairement gagné à être dégustée un peu plus fraîche.

44 cl can. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is citrusy and crisp fruity. Mellow, juicy. Light citrusy. Crisp hoppy and fruity far finish.

Bonusblik van Appie. Tht 30/06/2026. Licht troebel, bleekgele kleur, flinke witte kraag met goede retentie en wandplak. Geur is harsig, bitterig, granig, fruitig. Veel meer fruit retronasaal, lichtjes zoetig. Smaak is bitterig. Lichte body, niet te dun. Wel veel koolzuur. Prettig kruidig bittere afdronk.

Can 44cl. from AH XL Muiden @home poured into a pint glass. Hazy pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, red grapefruit, light pine. Taste below medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, pine resin. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, lingering pine resin, well-made, nice.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Citrussy hop with orange, a little pine and malt. Some tropical nuances and stone fruit. Moderate to medium bitter, lightly sweetish. Body is medium. Decent.
