Can. A- Toffee, caramel, chocolate. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Malty, burnt sugar, cocoa, dry. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- As far as Brown Ales go, this smells great but lacks a bit in flavor. Seems to get duller as it warms. Not bad though.

Sample from a can. Nice nose of milk chocolate and mocha, with some chicory and malt balls. Sweet, with a nice, mild roast bitterness. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, thick, and clingy. This is a smooth and malty brown, with excellent aroma.

16oz pour at Odyssey Gastropib in Colorado Springs. Pours a murky brown with some wispy white head. Nose has brown sugar, malt, toffee, bread crust, some toasted almond. Flavor has malt and toffee, mild toast, some tobacco leaf, cracker, a little chocolate. Dry finish. Well made.
