@Indyman - Hazy pink-red colour. Strong and tart aroma of blackberries. Has a very minerally taste. It’s tart but not acidic. Perfumey, blackberry, fruity taste. Thin, watery body.

Keg at Beavertown. It pours cloudy bright purple with a small white head. The nose is salty, coriander, lactic, cheesecake, blackberry and general creaminess. The taste is crisp, tart, salty, sherbet, blackberry, blackcurrant, mild herbal, lemon, good mouth-pucker, lactic acid and raspberry cheesecake with a crisp finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Great fun and rather quaffable. Tasty.

Keg at mother Kelly’s. Clouded pinky/ orange reddy coloured pour with a fleeting fine pink head. Aroma is fresh tangy berry, sea salt, tart berry, just a hint of blackberry yougurt. Flavour is composed of fresh tangy tart hedgerow berries, light floral hibiscus notes and then the salty crisp finish. More tart yougurt flavours. Palate is crisp tart and fruit with a slightly abrasive salty dry finish. Refreshing and begs for another sip. Very drinkable and very well put together.

Keg at the Beavertown taproom. Pours unclear matte red with a slight, creamy pink head. Pleasant tangy berries on the nose, hints of sweat, currants. Light-medium sweet with prickly ripening blackberry, a bit of berry preserves, moderate acidity. Light to medium boded with fine, spritzy carbonation. Finishes with firther tart blackberries, mild acetic burn in the throat, cleansing acidity, touches of berry skin tannins, wood, earth. Quick aftertaste of fresh, tangy berries. Lovely stuff, very drinkable.
