Bottle at home pciked up by Sarah from Bottle:Shop St Albans. Translucent pale golden coloured pour with a lasting white frothy head. Effervescent. Aroma is nice, mix of pollen, floral hop, passion fruit and citrus with edges of earthy straw and tangy wheat grains. Flavour is composed of Rustic wheaty grains, strain, floral citrus hop, little zesty, with background tropical notes. Palate is slightly creamy dought grains, highish carbonation.Good hoppy hefe.

Draft. Cloudy golden color, white head. Bright bubblegum aroma. Taste is slightly sour grapefruit bubblegum. Not sure why the US is in the name, this tastes German to me!

Keg @ Craven Arms, Birmingham - MTB event. Pours hazy orange with foamy white head. Good hefe esters in the aroma. Taste is big and full-flavoured with bright bubblegum and banana alongside fresh orange zest and lovely subtle creaminess. Very nice this.

Bottle split at LKS, thanks to Danny, 03/09/15. Hazed golden with a moderate off White covering. Nose is apricot jam, light yeast, grassy, punchy tropical notes. Taste comprises tangerine, straw, bitter orange, apricot, light bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop wash. Decent hoppy weisse.
