Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Perfumed aroma. Good syrupy sweet blond beer. Good peppery hop finish yep a strong perfumed blond

Draft @ Caulier 28, Bxl. Orange, col blanc. Arôme offre de suite un bouquet intéressant d’épices versant presque dans le botanique, retrouve un effet de coriandre -épicé, j’aurai même dit fenouille, mais bon ... rétro BE dans la levure, pointe de malt oscillant sur le biscuité et céréales. Palais est malté, pâle carapils sur une marque levure de style belge. Le tout garde une approche épicée marquée rappelant presque une bière de Noël, ici je note un effet coriandre voire réglisse, léger collant aux lèvres avec un fini de sucre brun-candi. Correcte, la base est sublimée par les épices.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As La Débauche Blonde Spéciale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, herbs, spices, ginger ? Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet spices, sweet malt, yeast, french yeast - biere de garde, spicy - herbs, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160709] 5-3-6-3-9

Bottled@PBF XI. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, grains, herbs and some earth along with spome spices. Flavour is spicy, fruity, floral and wooden with a nice grassy finish.

33cl bottle @PBF XI. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Ginger notes in aroma, spicy stuff. Ugly spiciness, like eating raw ginger. Overrides everything else.

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and a little soft., modest carbonation. Smooth malts, mild caramel. Sweet banana, but not too sweet. Mild spices. Soft floral finish with more mellow spice. A sweetish beer but okay.
