9/12/2023. Bottle from Hoptimism. Shared at EBGPQF. Pours clear pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is tart apricot, funky, acidic citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium sours. Medium body, lightly fizzy. Nice tart finish. Super.

Bottle. Xmas gift from the missus. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Mostly clear pale gold. Halo of white. Nose has sweet grain. Oats. Apricot preserve. Some sweaty, milky funk. Taste is dry and light bitter, with some acidic bite. Light body verges on watery. Fine carbonation. Tart and dry finish. Not too much happening here, and any apricot is lost on me.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours mostly clear gold with light sediment and a fading, foamy white head. Lovely apricot aroma. Lightly sweet with subdued acidity, decent juicy apricot, lemon, subtle oaky dryness, light funk. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Quenching finish, more tart apricot, a little citric bite, nice dryness. Solid overall.
