Ridiculously hazy light golden and straw coloured body with a four centimetre tall thick tan head that stays afloat for a long time, all atop the ninety per cent opaque golden glow - hazy! Aroma of mangoes, oranges, guava, papaya and even bananas with a deep malt scent and some soured notes as well, with a little bit of alcohol noticeable, too. Medium-bodied; Rich malt notes dominate with a great deal of sweetness here, mostly coming from fruity notes, but especially the oranges and mangoes are noticeable, with a dash of pepper towards the end and a lot of malt elements and only a sliver of bitterness here - this is quite mellow and understated, aside from the fruits. Aftertaste is once again, dependent on the malts and the fruit flavours derived from the hops, without any bitterness or dryness - this is fruity, juicy and easy-drinking, but a bit thick, due to the malts and mango/papaya notes. Overall, a nice pure 'new school' IPA with a lot of fruits and juiciness, a great unfiltered glow, but no bitterness or depth here. Great to sample super fresh from New York, right before heading back up there! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Columbus Circle), New York on 22-August-2021 for US$4,99, canned on 01-April-2021 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 30-September-2021, this last day of the month! 8,4,7,3,15

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIGGY. A almost clear pale golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, midget gems, tangerein , orange rind, little spicy cut gras thing. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, decent base grains, biscuit, mixed hop, midget gems, spicy citrus, littl bubble gum. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 20/03/21. Clear golden to light orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, leafy hop, grapefruit, light pine, trace of cats pee. Taste comprises orange pith, mango, grass, pine, grapefruit, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close kissed with balanced juicy come leafy hop bitterness. Decent.

24/3/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, sweet malt, melon, citrus, grass, touch of spice. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet rich fruit finish. Nice.

Can: Poured a bright hazy yellow with a white creamy head. Aroma is super hoppy, mosaic, grapefruit, citrus, melon. Taste is bitter hops, burns the palate, citrus, acid, grapefruit, melon, pineapple, lingers around.

Can. A fairly light haze on this gold beer, but hey some sort of haze is enough - right? Small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, airy, reasonable fine carbonation. Very light malts bring a light creamy sweetness. Hops are cooling pine in to a modest and mildly savoury skunk. Piney citrus. There is actually a light touch of Mosaic blueberry here, fuck me, that is a rare occurrence these days! Galaxy seems a little apologetic. Still overall this is not that hazy hazy IPA goes down pretty well, and it is very nice to get a glimpse of the former glories of Mosaic.

Gold pour with even lace and thin foam. Grapefruit and wheat flavor. Easy carbonation. Grapefruit palate

Lemongrass nose. Hazy golden, thick head. Lemon zest. Medium body, easy carbonation. Simple, but tasty.
