Poured into a taster showing pitch black with sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows moderately intense of cocoa and light vanilla. The palate is well carbonated and full bodied with a light alcohol spice. Cocoa forward with moderately intense notes of vanilla in between and a mild espresso bitterness on the finish.

473ml can. Pours jet black with a small tan head, short lasting. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, vanilla. Taste is sweet, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, there is some chilli too but not as intense as I expected it's actually quite subtle, but does give a touch of heat, roasty bitterness, warming finish. Full bodied, thick, smooth, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Excellent.

Can @ Seavans tasting, thanks Jon! Dark brown pour and some light brown foam on top. Chocolaty nose, chillies and cocoa. Sone booze and barrel. Tastes roasted, sweet but not too much, bitter chocolate and some raisins and some coffee. Toffee and cacao coming out in the linger mainly. Light booze. Super balanced, rather dry and long bitter chocolaty coffee linger in the finish. Super easy to drink for this high abv.

Pitch black color. Little to no head. Big big coffee, dark chocolate and roasted nose but sweeter than expected. Tons of coffee, Christmas cake, baker’s chocolate, alcohol well hidden, low carbonation super smooth. Not overly sweet. Nice stuff
