Taste comprises lime cordial, elderflower, grass, hay bale, light acidic bimble, lemon tinged straw, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a modest acidic reposte. Decent easy drinking and approachable sour.

Bottle picked up from Beer Gonzo online shop, Earlsdon, Coventry consumed at home Saturday 29th December 2018 whilst getting ready to cook Bay and Lemon Baked Cod with Paprika, Potatoes. We're listening to Gilles Peterson on 6 Music, Loz hates him.... Pours hazy mid gold with a white head, actually to be more precise a smattering of bubbles, the carbonation is very low. Wheaty but really quite tart in a lambic type way, sharp, no sweetness, not getting much honey. Fruity, lemony, good. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Hazy straw colour. No head. Looks lifeless. Nose has wheat and spelt like grain. Runny honey. Soft, lactic like funk. Taste is a little tart. Some honey sweetness. Medium body. Pretty flat and dull. Barely any carbonation. Some tartness to finish.
