Bottle at Libeerdade, Lisboa. Quite a puckering sourness with vinegar, pickles, herbal notes. Quite sour, acidic. Wow, one of the most acidic beers I've ever tasted. Ticks my Sour boxes and then some. Wow, what a beast. It's a bit much.

3/5/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours hazy/cloudy deep orange amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is woody, peppery, sour fruits, tart peach, vinegar, touch veggie/starchy. Moderate sweetness, peppery bitterness, heavy tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Super tart finish which I really liked a lot more than most it seems.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear amber brown coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is big acetic, vinegar, nail polish remover, prickly apple cider vinegar. Flavour is composed of super sour, vinegar, huge mealt apple, granny smith, super harsh. mouldy apple. Palate is sharp , acetic, mild burn, highish carbonation. Shite.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 09/04/22. Almost clear golden amber with an off white cap that escapes to form thin edgeing. Nose is tarte fruit rinds, acetate, vinegar, funk, dry rot, damp basement, acidic nostril flare offered. Taste comprises sharp citric peel, acidic rise, vinous, acetate, fruit balsams, damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close cloaked with an aggressive acidic rise. A slow sipper ... not one to go solo on ... overly acidic for me and lacks balance.

almost clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream-colored head. Very tart and acetic dried fruits and citrus peel overlaid by lambic acid. The meadowsweet adds a little floral fruity sweetness but hardly enough to overcome the acid of the core beer. Drain cleaner!

Bottle at home. It pours clear bright orange with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, sweat, floral, herbal almost, damp basement, mouldy action and damp leaves. The taste is dry, puckering, rather sour, big kick of acidity, musty, funky, sweaty barnyard, lemon sherbets, pickled onion monster munch, salt and vinegar crisp and damp wood on the finish. Acidity lingers. Medium body and low carbonation. I like elemta of this, but the acidity is way high and there is some vinegary vibes. A bit of a face ripper!
