[ As Blue Monkey Centennial IPA ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, biscuit malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, biscuit malt, sweet malt, pale wood. Cask at the Organ Grinder. Slightly hazy golden color. Aroma of earthy citrus. Taste is bitter lemon.

Bottle from Beer Emporium Bristol consumed at home Sunday 31st May 2015 Pours hazy dark gold with a slight white head. Sadly I think this isn’t as fresh as it could be, there are more toffee flavours than crisp hoppiness. I have to say I really like Blue Monkey in Cask, however not had many in bottle and not sure I will seek out when others do it so much better. A5 A3 T5 P3 Ov10 2.6

Bottle from Real Ale Store Newark and drunk at home. Clear amber gold lasting beige head. Some grapefruit some earthyness. Very drinkable. Enough malt to back up the hops. Good dose of hops. Lovely single hop APA. Good white pepper bitter finish. Little bit of caramel on the aroma.

500ml Bottle - Amber with a small head. Pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit and mango in the aroma. Tangy and hoppy taste with mango, peach, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit detected. Tasty and really enjoyable.
